Notice: As of January 1st, 2011 a new rule will be enforced with Flying Sams CSUF.
In order to attend a Flying Sams clinic trip, it will be required to complete 1 service/participation task before being eligible to sign up for any clinic.

A service/participation task includes:

-Being a driver for a clinic trip
-Participating in Flying Sams Fundraisers (Donating or Volunteering)
-Bake Sale
-Toy Drive
-Etc.
-Attending a general meeting
-Recruiting a health professional to attend a clinic
-Recruiting a guest speaker for a general meeting
-Donating supplies
